I joined the Fellowship in Values Engagement because I believe deeply in the College’s mission to foster intellectual vitality through respectful dialogue and active listening. I wanted to develop the tools to help us have—and stay the course through— challenging conversations about ideas, events, and interpersonal dynamics, as we all work to better understand, learn from, live with, and grow with each other.
